When it comes to makeup, spending money can be a bit hard and this was no exception for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow kit palette in “Sun Dipped” which in most store retails from N20,000- N26,000 for just this palette I got mine for N20,800, however the internet has gone insane with this palette and have moved on from the hype however it is worth the hype and thats why I decided to still get it.
The Glow Kit comes in a magnetic packaging with four shades of highlighter (Bronzed, Summer, Tourmaline and Moonstone) and I tend to use in combination Bronzed and Tourmaline which works perfectly with my skin tone. The texture of this highlighter is actually silky and blend really well.
ABH doesn’t come cheap, however after a few tries and couple of months of use I realised that there were highlighters that were far more cheaper and delivered even better pigmentation for women of colour.
I don’t regret buying it, I’m just more aware that I can get quality at a good price in order products, one of which is the Yangabeauty Candid glow highlighters which are so beautifully pigmented and powdery and sinks well into the skin, I also love how well it looks on women of colour too.
